InPops

Terms of service

Effective September 26, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and InPops ("we", "us") for the use of InPops: inpops.com, the booking pages at book.inpops.com, the salon app at app.inpops.com and the InPops iPad app. By using InPops you agree to them. If you use it for a salon, you agree for the salon too.

The service

InPops lets nail salons take online bookings and walk-ins, run a waitlist, manage their team and room, and text their guests about their visits. We keep improving it, so features may change.

Your account

You need to be at least 18 to open a salon account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to it. Tell us at once if you think someone else has got in.

Free trial, plans and billing

  • A new salon gets 30 days free, with no card needed. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
  • The plan is $149 a month for your first salon and $99 a month for each additional salon, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices may change; we will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you.
  • Adding a salon adds its price to your bill straight away, prorated to your next invoice. Removing one lowers your bill from the next month.
  • You can cancel at any time in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and then ends. We don't give refunds for partial months.
  • If a payment fails, you have 3 days to update your card before your account becomes view-only. Your information is kept, and everything comes back as soon as you pay.

Salons' responsibilities

If you run a salon on InPops, you are responsible for your own services, prices, bookings and relationships with your guests, and for following the laws that apply to your business. You agree that the information you enter is accurate and that you have the right to use it. Only enter a guest's mobile number if the guest gave it to you for texts about their visit.

Guests

Bookings are made with the salon, not with InPops. The salon decides its services, prices and cancellation rules, and is responsible for your visit. Texts about your visit follow the texting terms at https://book.inpops.com/texts.

Acceptable use

Don't use InPops to break the law, to send spam or texts people didn't agree to, to upload anything harmful, to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, to disrupt the service, or to copy or resell it. We may suspend an account that does.

Your data

A salon's information belongs to the salon. You give us permission to store and use it only to provide InPops to you, as described in our privacy policy. You can close your account at any time, and your salon's data is then deleted.

Ending the service

You can stop using InPops and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or leaves a bill unpaid, and we may stop offering InPops with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer

We work hard to keep InPops running and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every text will be delivered: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, InPops is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost bookings or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose (or $100 if you haven't paid us anything). Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Indemnity

If you run a salon on InPops and someone makes a claim against us because of your services, your content or your breaking these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and of the United States. If a dispute comes up, please email us first; most things can be sorted out quickly. If not, it will be settled in the state or federal courts in California, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell salon owners in advance of any significant change. Using InPops after a change means you accept it.
