Three steps on the iPad, no keyboard, no account.

• Name, then how many in the party, then what each guest would like. A mobile number is optional.
• The screen shows the wait before they commit, so nobody joins a list they can't stay for.
• The lobby list shows first names and their place in line. It resets itself, so nobody's number is left on screen.

Not an average. Every chair, every shift, every booking and every party ahead in line, worked through. The wait is what the room can do.

• Appointments stay in the estimate until they are marked a no-show, so a walk-in is never promised a chair a booking is about to take
• Two technicians on one guest, a manicure and a pedicure at once, count the way they happen on the floor
• Keep a chair or two for walk-ins only, if you like; walk-ins are never capped

Guests can step out. Their phone shows their place in line; a text says when it's time.

• “Your seat at Universe Nail Spa is ready. Please come to the front desk.”
• The same list the kiosk shows is the list the floor board seats from, so nothing is typed twice

Pause or close walk-ins with your own message. If nobody could serve a new party, the iPad closes itself and reopens when it can.
